Marc has over 15 years of experience in CRM and Professional Services.
His career began at Accenture in the Sales and Service Effectiveness practice, where he led the implementation efforts for several successful, multimillion dollar Siebel Call Center and SFA implementations.
Marc was also VP of Client Services at MarketSoft Corporation (acquired by Unica), where he was responsible for professional services and customer support, in addition to providing industry-leading, enterprise lead management solutions to customers such as TD Bank, Allstate, and Fidelity Investments.
Prior to Clear Task, Marc was the Senior Director of Worldwide Client Services at Unica Corporation (acquired by IBM), where he gained his Salesforce expertise in technical account management and professional services for the web analytics, interactive marketing and marketing operations product lines.
Marc has a BA in Political Science from the College of Holy Cross.
