Andrew has 20 years of experience in the technology industry, primarily in the field of product management and development. Throughout his career, Andrew has demonstrated a passion for using technology to transform business processes. Andrew was a salesforce.com product manager and helped bring thesalesforce.com® Partner Relationship Management (PRM) applications to market. Envisioning the impact salesforce.com would have in bringing the benefits of cloud computing to businesses of all types, Andrew founded Clear Task (formerly known as Apprivo) in 2006. Prior to founding Clear Task, Andrew served in multiple product management roles at DemandTec, PeopleSoft and EDS where he enhanced his skills developing innovative ways to use technology to solve complex business problems. He has a BS in Business from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
VP, Sales and Services
Marc has nearly 20 years of experience in CRM and professional services. Prior to Clear Task, Marc was the Senior Director of Worldwide Client Services at Unica Corporation, now part of IBM. At Unica, Marc ran a global services organization providing professional services and technical account management for web analytics, interactive marketing, and marketing operations to accounts such as FOX Sports, Cisco, and BP. Prior to Unica, Marc served as VP of Client Services at MarketSoft Corporation, where he was responsible for professional services and customer service. Marc began his career at Accenture in the Sales Force Effectiveness practice, leading configuration and deployment efforts for complex Call Center and SFA implementations. He has a BA in Political Science from the College of Holy Cross.
Director of Development
Rohit has more than 10 years of experience in the software industry and is an expert on developing custom applications on the Force.com platform. He has led several projects for key clients at Clear Task and also developed several applications for the AppExchange. Rohit is a salesforce.com certified consultant. He started his career at an HP company (Mphasis) and consulted at a highly-diverse range of clients that included Singapore Airlines, Juniper Networks, VMware and Wells Fargo. He has an engineering degree from Manipal Institute of Technology, India.
Taylor has more than 10 years of experience delivering cloud solutions. At Clear Task she is responsible for working with sales and service teams to develop new business and ensure customer-centric solution delivery. Prior to joining Clear Task, Taylor spent 5 years at Aravo Solutions as Director of Global Services. Before heading services for Aravo, she spent seven years at MRI Software, working her way up to P&L, customer and team leadership for their Western Region Professional Services group. Taylor was a Morehead Scholar, and has a BA in Sociology and World Religion from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jason has specialized in implementing enterprise solutions for more than 10 years, primarily in the PRM space. At Clear Task, Jason is responsible for understanding key business challenges and client requirements so Clear Task can provide both solution-specific and industry-specific best practices. He first joined Clear Task as a senior consultant and was the driving force behind Salesforce implementations at Symantec, VMware and Red Hat. He is a salesforce.com certified consultant. Before joining Clear Task, Jason worked at Click Commerce, where he was responsible for large-scale implementations at Motorola, Nortel Networks and Lexmark. He has a BA in English from Michigan State University.
Director of Professional Services
JD manages Clear Task’s delivery team, where he works closely with clients to ensure each project is staffed with a team with the best skill set to deliver each solution and oversees each project to its completion. While at Clear Task, JD has led salesforce.com Sales Cloud implementations and customized salesforce.com reporting tools for many clients. With additional experience as an implementation leader and designer for more than 30 organizations that use salesforce.com, JD offers in-depth knowledge in system configuration, custom development, security, sharing model, data migration, analytics, and dashboards.He has a BS in Business Administration: General Management, Marketing from California State University, Sacramento.
Service Cloud Strategy
Brendan heads Clear Task's Service Cloud® Practice, where he is instrumental in leading strategy and services for clients implementing salesforce.com Service Cloud and innovative social applications. He has driven Service Cloud projects for more than 30 organizations, including Verisign, Kabam, Activision, and Twitter. Brendan was also one of the first ten consultants to be Service Cloud Certified. Prior to joining Clear Task, Brendan worked in sales at All Nippon Airways (ANA), specializing in manufacturing materials and machinery for the semiconductor industry. He has a BA in Linguistics from the University of Southern California and is fluent in Japanese.
Bill has more than 25 years of experience in financial management in companies small and large, public and private. He has successfully worked with multiple high technology companies, managing financial planning, accounting, legal, treasury, MIS, human resources and tax organizations. Earlier in his career, Bill was the CFO or VP of Financial Operations at companies such as Candle Corporation, Berkeley Systems, Scopus Technology, Success Factor Systems and Zero G Software. Bill holds a BS in Computer Science from Oregon State University and an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Michelle manages all aspects of human resources at Clear Task. During her time here, she has implemented all human resources policies and procedures. She has also created and maintains systems compliance, training, community and employee recognition programs. In addition, Michelle focuses on employee development and is instrumental in recruiting and retaining great talent. Michelle has been promoted three times since joining the Clear Task team as a Business Operations Manager in 2009. She has a BA in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
